How do I get to you?
By car you take the A10 to Bischofshofen and continue on the B167 into the Gasteinertal. Our address is Weitmoserstraße 33 in Bad Hofgastein. Bad Hofgastein railway station is around four kilometres away, and the bus stop is about 300 metres from the house.

Can I park at your place?
Yes, and free of charge. Our car park right by the hotel is available to you at no cost for the whole of your stay.

When can I check in and out?
Check-in on your day of arrival is possible from 3 to 8 pm. On your day of departure we ask you to check out by 11 am. Reception is staffed daily from 8 am to 8 pm.

Can I bring my dog?
We're happy to welcome dogs on request; the surcharge is 15 euros per day, food not included. Just let us know when you book and we'll get everything ready.

What about the food?
The breakfast buffet is ready every day from 7.30 to 10.30. In the evenings we serve from 18.00 to 22.00, with last orders at 21.30. You can simply add half board. The bar is open daily from 12.00 to 24.00.
