Pool Water at all temperatures
The indoor pool invites you to swim lap after lap, and next to it the whirlpool bubbles away at around 30 degrees. The brine bath and herbal bath set gentle stimuli, while the Kneipp pool gets your circulation going. The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am to 9.30 pm. That's enough for a round before breakfast and one after the last descent.
Sauna Sauna with a system
The Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath are ready from 3 pm to 9.30 pm. The outdoor cooling room provides the fresh kick, and the tepidarium gently warms you further. Two infrared seats target and ease the neck and back. Afterwards it is time to lie back, in the relaxation room with eight loungers and five water beds. Anyone who has ever dozed off on the water bed understands the name Sternenreich.
Fitness & massages Exercise and targeted recovery
In the fitness room you can train daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., entirely at your own pace. Afterwards a massage is well worth it; our external masseurs and masseuses come to the house depending on availability. It's best to enquire right on arrival, then your preferred appointment will work out. The water bed, relaxation room and the Gastein mountain air take care of the rest all by themselves.
